Ordering
After receiving your account number, you will be able to log in to www.SaiZon.com and order products via our secure online payment system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Payment
Payment for merchandize must be made at time of ordering. SaiZon accept payment in US funds via most major credit cards. If you prefer to pay offline (by check, wire transfer), please contact our sales team.


At the current time, SaiZon do not offer extended payment terms.

Sales Tax
Products shipped to an address within Quebec will be liable to GST and QST. Products shipped to the rest of Canada will be subject to GST.

Shipping
SaiZon use Canada Post for all Domestic (Canada) and UPS for all International (USA) shipping. Shipping and applicable sales tax fees are calculated at time of order. To reduce shipping and duty costs to the USA, orders are consolidated and dispatched once a week (Monday).

Order cancellation and return policies
Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% processing fee. No returns will be accepted, unless products are found to have been damaged in transit. Reports of damaged products must be reported to SaiZon within 2 business days of you receiving the product. Any damaged goods must be returned to SaiZon within 10 business days, upon receipt you will be credited for the cost of product and return shipping.
